One Love initiative and the APN organized a charity event with Dozan wa Awtar on the 3rd and 4th of Novemeber 2016 at the Ahliya School for girls.

 The proceedings of the event were dedicated to preparing a children centre in the Jerash refugee camp in Jordan.One Love Initiative which is run by a number of volunteers stated that: “The goal is to ease the difficult living conditions which the residents of the camp face.” According to Hiba Khoury - one of its founders-  “One Love worked in collaboration with APN to collect more than $11,000”.

Khoury added, “More than 400 people attended the show.” She also explained that the centre will be the first of its kind in the camp; it will encourage art, music and the talents of kids and the youth. It will also include the first ever library.

Rami Barhoush, President of APN said, “APN supports voluntary initiatives and the envisioned centre will have a garden and an environmental division with the goal of raising awareness on the importance of agriculture and nature preservation.
