APN General Manager, Mariam Al Jaajaa, delivered a lecture titled “Green Resistance and the Struggle for Food Sovereignty” as part of the Kumi Now series launched by the Palestinian organization Sabeel. The session was attended by 80 to 100 participants from Europe and the United States.

In her talk, Al Jaajaa highlighted the “green resistance” approach adopted in Palestine and across the Arab region through environmental and developmental programs aimed at strengthening the steadfastness of Palestinian farmers.

She also shared APN’s ongoing efforts in Gaza, particularly through the Revive Gaza’s Farmland project, in the face of the war of starvation. She emphasized the importance of mobilizing international solidarity, unifying civil society efforts, and reinforcing fieldwork to achieve justice.

It is worth noting that the “Kumi Now” series holds weekly sessions, hosting local and international organizations working in Palestine to shed light on issues related to justice for the Palestinian cause.
