On the 45th anniversary of Land Day (March 30, 2021), the Arab Group for the Protection of Nature planted 1000 olive trees on ​​40 dunums in a village near Jerusalem with the support of volunteers in Palestine.  The tree-planting campaign was supported by Al Emar Contracting Engineers & Construction Management and implemented in partnership with Al Nahda Rural Society.

The campaign will benefit 14 Palestinian farmers who support 90 people and manage land very close to the Apartheid Wall. The occupation has frequently attempted to annex these lands as part of territory located on the other side of the Wall. However, the resistance and dedication of the people there have prevented that from happening.
