APN | Sur Baher and Silwan – Jerusalem
2023
Under the slogan "They uproot one, we plant ten", APN, with the support of Al-Quds Committee at the University of Jordan, planted 3,350 trees in the towns of Sur Baher and Silwan in the occupied Jerusalem governorate.
The act of planting trees in Sur Baher and Silwan, areas frequently impacted by Israeli violations, serves as a bold statement of defiance against the Israeli occupation. These trees represent symbols of life, hope, and resistance—a resolute message from the students of Al-Quds Committee who consistently stood in solidarity with the "Plant Your Resilience" campaign. In its fifth season, they successfully honored the commitment, carrying forward this noble endeavor.
