Our “If Only You Knew” team held two hands-on workshops at Mashrek International School, joined by volunteers and 70 students.

The sessions introduced students to the importance of agriculture as a key pillar of our collective path to food sovereignty, while also guiding them through the basics of gardening and caring for plants across school and home settings.

Students brought their learning to the soil, planting sage and thyme seedlings themselves. The exercise encouraged them to take what they had learned back home and continue observing the growth of their plants firsthand.
