Students from the American Community Schools took part in a special agricultural activity under the Green Caravan programme, during which 151 fruit trees were planted in Badr – Jordan. The trees will benefit five farming families who rely on the land as their primary source of livelihood.
That day, the land was transformed into a vibrant, interactive space, as students worked side by side with farmers—planting trees, watering the soil, and discovering the vital role of agriculture in ensuring food security and supporting communities.
This activity was not only a lesson in farming but also in solidarity, as the future yields of these trees will directly benefit the participating families, strengthening their economic and social stability.
