Canadian activist and human rights defender Theresa Wolfwood, Director of the Barnard-Boecker Centre Foundation, organized a series of events in Canada in collaboration with APN, represented by Mr. Fuad Srouji. The tour began with a seminar in Victoria, the capital of British Columbia, attended by more than forty participants who learned about APN’s activities in Palestine and across the Arab region, and expressed strong interest in supporting our green resistance.

This event was part of a field tour conducted by Mr. Fuad Srouji aimed at introducing our work in Palestine, Lebanon, and Jordan, and mobilising support for our programmes.

A second seminar was organized in the city of Nanaimo, attended by around thirty participants. During the event, Mr. Srouji delivered a detailed presentation on APN’s achievements and future goals, in what proved to be a productive and engaging discussion with attendees.

Mr. Srouji also participated in a half-hour radio interview with the local station, Gorilla Radio, where he highlighted APN’s work in confronting tree uprooting, land confiscation, and destruction carried out by the Israeli occupation and settlers, emphasizing APN’s role in supporting Palestinians in resisting these violations. The tour also provided an opportunity to connect with enthusiastic Canadian activists who support Palestine and its resistance. They affirmed their commitment to supporting green resistance and expressed their readiness to provide further support and solidarity for APN’s activities.
