With unwavering enthusiasm and dedication, APN’s Green Caravan programme persists in carrying out its agricultural activities in Jordan. In a remarkable event, APN's team, accompanied by the families of students from Ahliyyah and Mutran Schools and in collaboration with Al-Balqa Innovation Association, ventured to the As-Subayhi area in As-Salt city to plant 115 fruit trees, commemorating the spirit of World Earth Day.

The assortment of fruit trees planted encompassed 19 diverse varieties, ranging from stone fruits to citrus fruits, olives, guavas, and more. A heartwarming sight unfolded as parents, grandparents, and children came together to plant these trees. The two plots of land, belonging to small-scale farming families, served as the nurturing ground for this joint endeavor.

By offering sustainable economic opportunities, these trees will generate a steady income for the families, effectively transforming previously unused spaces into productive green areas. Notably, each tree was dedicated by the students to honor their families and friends, fostering a beautiful blend of social connectedness, love, and a sense of social responsibility that we aspire to instill among future generations.
