A fruitful partnership between APN and the Bank of Jordan has led the bank to engage its employees in embodying the principles of corporate social responsibility by supporting small farmers in underprivileged regions. Over a span of 9 years, the bank has undertaken numerous activities in collaboration with the APN’s Green Caravan programme in Jordan. The most recent activity involved planting 500 fruit trees, including olives, grapes, and stone fruits, spanning across 12 dunums. These trees are dedicated to benefiting two families, comprising a total of 15 members, and the bank's employees played an active role in this endeavor.

In the presence of APN Project Manager, Mohammad Qtaishat, a team of forty bank employees volunteered for the event, taking an active role in planting local disease-resistance olive trees in Al-Amiriyah, South Amman. These olive trees are especially adapted to combat diseases and pests, and are capable of thriving despite the difficulties posed by drought and limited rainfall conditions.
