APN | Souf - Jerash

As a part of its Green Caravan programme in Jordan, APN, with the support of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, planted 100 fruit trees on a small farmer's land in the town of Souf in Jerash Governorate. The activity took place on the final day of the training for "Young Climate Justice Ambassadors" from various Arab countries, covering topics concerning climate change, climate justice, and strategies for participating in local initiatives while ensuring their sustainability.

The tree planting activity was launched to bolster Jordan's agricultural and environmental sector, while also offsetting emissions produced during the training's various activities.
