On February 22, 2020, APN organized a training workshop for a group of its volunteers to qualify them to give lectures to Jordanian students as part of the "If Only You Knew" program.

The workshop started with an introduction to APN’s work and guiding principles by APN project manager, Mohammad Qtaishat. Next, Deyar Muhaisen, who leads the “If Only You Knew” campaign, trained the volunteers in communication skills and body language.

Participants showed great interaction with the workshop, which aims to enhance environmental awareness, and allow volunteers to exchange experiences regarding the best ways to give lectures in preparation for taking this role within the “If Only You Knew” program.

Muhaisen said that APN strives to expand its educational role, given students’ knowledge void in environmental aspects, pointing to the need to pay attention to the environmental content and its associated emotional meaning to land and identity.

APN has recently provided tens of educational lectures within its educational program "If Only You Knew" in a number of schools in the Kingdom. The purpose is to influence youth behavior and development, mobilize individual and collective efforts across the schools, and link it with local initiatives.
