Embarking from classrooms to the agricultural field, a notable synergy unfolded as over 120 students from the American Community School collaborated with APN in three diverse on-site activities to plant trees. This joint effort took place within the "Green Caravan" programme, which centers on supporting small-scale farmers and enhancing the green cover in Jordan.

In a display of great enthusiasm, the Hussein Sports City became the venue for the first activity, where 25 Jacaranda Trees were planted by a group of 40 fifth-grade students. Leading the initiative was Hassan Al Jaajaa, APN Co-founder and Agricultural Advisor, who provided insights into agricultural practices and emphasized the significance of trees in maintaining ecological equilibrium and enhancing the absorption of carbon dioxide gas.

In the fertile village of Al-Bayoudah, renowned for its agricultural productivity in the Balqa governorate, a group of 12 eleventh-grade students actively engaged in planting 120 diverse fruit trees. This endeavor was undertaken to support two farming families, benefiting a total of 12 individuals. APN’s team accompanied the students throughout the planting process. This activity spanned two days and took place on one land belonging to a multi-generational farmer, and another owned by a female farmer who relies on its income to support her family.

Furthermore, the third activity witnessed the participation of 80 students from the American Community School, joining forces with APN to plant 75 various fruit trees in support of a farmer in Al-Bayouda area. The students displayed remarkable enthusiasm, showcasing their strong morale and deep connection with the local community.

It is noteworthy that these agricultural activities were accompanied by informative lectures presented by APN as part of the "If Only You Knew" programme, which were delivered to students ranging from fifth to eleventh grade.
