In the last three months of 2025, the “If Only You Knew” programme achieved a series of milestones, spanning awareness lectures and field-based volunteer activities targeting a wide range of age groups, from children to youth and activists:

• We presented on the often-overlooked dimensions of climate change, particularly in the Global South and ways to confront it, during the 15th Palestinian Environmental Awareness and Education Conference, organised by the Environmental Education Center of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jordan and the Holy Land in partnership with the National Committee of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) in Palestine and the Palestinian Environment Quality Authority.
• We participated in an online seminar organised by Permaculture & Palestine (PEPA) titled “Practical Support for Palestinian-Led Projects”, where we discussed the role of agriculture as a key frontline of green resistance against Israeli settler colonialism.
• In collaboration with SIT-Jordan’s Geopolitics Studies Program in Jordan, our team organised a volunteer activity for students of Al-Qastal Girls’ Secondary School, planting olive trees and rosemary seedlings in the school’s garden.
• We took part in an event organised by the UNDP for International Volunteer Day, alongside a number of local and international civil society organisations and volunteers from across Jordan.
• We delivered a lecture during a dialogue session titled “Green Resistance” at The Idea Chamber, with the participation of a wide range of activists and individuals interested in environmental and agricultural issues.
• We conducted interactive awareness lectures for students at Jerash Preparatory Girls School 1, focusing on the importance of agriculture and natural resource conservation.
• We met with our ambassadors at Al Hussein Technical University, marking the launch of a new phase of volunteer work.
• Our volunteers delivered an interactive awareness lecture for students at the Modern American School, introducing children to the importance of the environment.
• We also conducted a lecture for sixth-grade students at Yarmouk Elementary School, as part of ongoing efforts to raise environmental awareness and promote positive behaviors among young generations.
